WARRANTY

New warranty policy starts Oct 1, 2022

 

We trust our products and strive to make the best product possible that you can have confidence in.

 

All of our products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty(Except the small Accessories, Such as the D-Rings, Paracord, The Inflatable Pillow, The Mini Water Filter). The term "LIFETIME" refers to the product's realistic lifespan, not the buyer. With time and use, all products eventually wear out.  Regardless of how carefully you use, or how well you care for your pack/tool roll bag/EDC pouches, it will eventually begin to show age and wear after years use. The warranty does not cover regular wear and tear. If your Roaring Fire products are no longer under warranty, we will gladly offer you up to 30% off towards a new item on our website.

 

If you believe that the damage to your Roaring Fire Products was the result of a manufacturing defect and not normal wear and tear, please let us know within the first 30 days of purchase. We will help repair or send a new replacement, Such as Zipper broken, Damage sewing, Obviously defective, Broken buckles and etc.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE U.S. Shipping on orders over $49 at this moment but we can also ship our products outside the Continental US at an additional cost. Now, our website is available for customers to place orders online from Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO, Canada, France, Germany and Australia. Be advised there's a maximum weight rate we have set up on our website for each area.we're use standard shipment, and if you want to get your goods faster, pls send us email or add remarks on your order. extra shipping cost will charge.

We require a phone number for orders from other countries
outside the U.S.. If your order contains a backpack, along with other items, our shipping agent requires the phone number for any heavy 
and large packages. We never give out personal information or will call you to promote our products.

For US Customers Orders, Normally it takes 3-10 Business days to arrival.

Canada Customers Orders, 10-15 Business Days to arrival.

Australia Customers Orders 8-14 Business Days to arrival.

France&Germany Customers Orders 10-20 Business Days to arrival.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return or exchange any new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges for these unwanted returns. But we'll cover the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Shipping fee(For these U.S. orders amount less than $49 and the international orders) will not be refunded. If you want to exchange your products, You’ll responsible for the return and the re-shipping fee.

 

All items eligible for return that do not fulfill the intended return requirements will receive a pro-rated refund. Returned items will be inspected and non-defective merchandise must be returned in original, unworn condition.like-new condition, with no stains, and no missing parts. Returned products will be inspected. We may require photos or a short video before you send the p[roduct back to us.
 

Once your return is received, a refund or replacement will be processed, We will send the refund through Paypal. Please note that it might take 2-5 business days
