We rigorously control every single procedure from raw material(YKK Zippers, Buckles, Waxed Canvas Material, Straps, Molle Straps, Hook&loop, Elastic Loops and etc)sourcing to finished production to guarantee flawless end products(The raw material photos below are for our upcoming new release).

Even the Smolder waxed canvas edc pouch requires 113 production processes. Every step requires meticulous attention, as even a split second of distraction can render an entire bag unusable.

The lead time for custom brass YKK zippers is roughly two months. We normally develop edc pouch samples with no fewer than three revisions, meaning it takes a minimum of three months to finalize prototype samples. Let alone backpacks.

For bulk order production: raw material sourcing takes around two months, followed by another 2.5 to 3 months for manufacturing. Therefore, even a less complex EDC Pouch from Roaring Fire requires a minimum of six months for launch, which I know may sound incredibly.
